Which antihistamine is least likely to cause drowsiness?
Second-generation antihistamines such as loratadine, fexofenadine and bilastine are the least sedating. Cetirizine is mildly sedating for some people. Diphenhydramine is strongly sedating and is not recommended for daytime use.
Do epinephrine auto-injectors need special shipping?
They ship at room temperature and must not be refrigerated or frozen. Check the solution is clear and colourless when it arrives.
